Matthew Browne, Owner of Browne Valuation & Consulting Group

Matthew D. Browne has more than 25 years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience, and has focused much of his career on litigation support and serving as an expert witness in the Eminent Domain, DIV/Title Dispute, Bankruptcy and other real estate spaces. He has extensive experience in testimony for Special Commissioners' hearings, in the State and Federal trial level, and has valued properties in Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.

Matthew Browne has a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Studies with a concentration in Finance and Appraisal from Marylhurst University. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) Chapter 36. Also, in 2023, Matthew Browne had the privilege of being asked to help rewrite a key textbook published by the IRWA, Principles of Right-of-Way, 5th Edition.

The main properties that Mr. Browne has appraised include vacant land, multifamily, hotels/motels, professional/medical office buildings, industrial, retail, single family residential and self-storage properties. In addition to these, numerous other specialty-use properties have been appraised.

ABOUT: ELIZABETH BOYLE

Elizabeth Boyle currently serves as a consultant for Browne Valuation & Consulting Group, while also acting as the Secretary for Triumph Resources Corporation; Bookkeeper for Wabash Partners LLC, 0608 LLC, and Edgefield Partners LLC.

​

She is a dedicated member of the Board of Directors for Dayna's Footprints, and served the for two years as a committee member for Safe Haven of Tarrant County's Purple Party. Previously Elizabeth was a member of the Board of Directors for The Petroleum Club of Fort Worth, where she founded The Women of Worth group, and also previously served as a Board Member for Safe Haven of Tarrant County. 

​

She has multiple years of experience in the retail management space, software sales, graphic design and e-commerce​.
